If we allowed refunds for purchases during the giveaways, customers could simply return their purchase for a refund because they didn't win. Since your purchase earned your entries to win (and we can't 'return' your entries once the giveaway has ended), and to continue to be able to support and offer our giveaways, we must enforce this policy.
